Governance of Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools Under a Prophetic Leadership Perspective

The management of Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools is often perceived to be quite unique, but rather weak. It due the centralized leadership ulama in schools. This study aims examine prophetic values improving good governance schools.
 a phenomenological research applying qualitative approach. Phenomenological describes general meaning number individuals on various life experiences related certain concepts or phenomena by using sampling techniques, with subjects consisting caregivers and their families as well head treasurer foundation. For data collection, this implemented interview, questionnaires, observation techniques.
 After conducting research, it was found that among rural Indonesia existing financial governance, not all them understand contemporary based modern scientific concepts. However, there another concept, namely pesantren (Islamic school). concept characteristics Prophet Muhammad his daily activities, including application STAF (SIDDIQ, TABLIGH, AMANAH, FATHONAH).
 From results study, can concluded creation Raudlatul Ulum Boarding School influenced will certainly provide new knowledge for administrators how manage school which accordance teachings.
